Congratulations to Cynthia Hill for winning the 2015 Emmy Award for Outstanding Directing in a Lifestyle/Culinary/Travel Program for the PBS show “A Chef’s Life.” Chuck Johnson composes the original score for “A Chef’s Life,” and Season 3 is currently in production.



HBO has announced an October broadcast for Cynthia Hill’s documentary “Private Violence,” with original score by Chuck Johnson. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival January 19, 2014.


Stefan Smith is currently in London heading up sound design work on  Ilya Khrzhanovsky’s film “Dau.”


Chuck Johnson composed music for the first season of the popular PBS series “A Chef’s Life.” Season 2 is currently in production and will feature Johnson’s music again.
